Short Answer: No, these books is not copyrighted, at least not in the United States of America.
Long Answer: According to the title pages in the books, they were published in 1913/1912 (in the case of the Primer/Key) and 1912 (the Grammar). According to project Gutenberg, "Any book published anywhere before 1923 is in the public domain in the U.S." You can check it for yourself under section C.10. of the Gutenberg article "Gutenberg:Copyright FAQ".
Because I personally scanned the books, I could legally claim the images I scanned under copyright. Instead, I am releasing them into the public domain.
Within the USA, you can do anything with these books that you want. Go for it!
